PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR PICTURES

Outside
• Move cars, boats, trailers, etc. from driveway
• Remove any patio furniture, grills, etc. in disrepair
• Put cushions in outdoor chairs to add color
• Roll-up hoses
• Turn on any pool water features, lights, etc.
• Close garage doors
• Trim bushes and trees to maximize view of home and maximize the amount of natural light entering house
• Move garbage cans, other trash from view

Inside
• Ensure all light fixtures and bulbs are working and are turned on
• Turn ceiling fans off for photos
• Open all curtains / blinds to allow light into house
• Clean, clean, clean
• Remove everything from kitchen and bathroom countertops except for a few decorative items
• Remove magnets, kid's homework, etc. from refrigerator
• Remove all shampoo, other bottles from shower
• Remove all dirtied towels from bathroom
• Remove all pet-related items (food bowls, litter boxes, etc.)
